One more thing which I need to highlight after seen Mr. Dilith speech is that how people could rely on set of such people (3%) who do not have income to survive and surviving on others money.
We all earn by using our set of skills, knowledge, attitudes and attributes over time in diligent and dedicated manner.
I have to point out the following:
1) Without any income how they survive? As they say it's from their friends, people and some grants. For me majority is coming from grants which they have been under obligations to fulfill the outcomes of such deals
2) If they have no such experience running even small business (Petty Kade), how we could expect them to run the country which is not a joke. It is obvious that set of Clowns could not run a country but they can run a Circus 🎪. Are you giving a Jumbo Jet to fly to set of Apprentices/Ameatures. You can not fly a Jumbo Jet (Sri Lanka) by talking but need skills, knowledge, experience, actions and integrity as the prime factors.
3) As I see their speeches in media shows that they do not understand economy, finance, trade, international relations, budget deficit, economics etc...
4) Did they contribute even one rupee to the government via taxes and their leader do not have a tax file
5) They never contribute for anything or project and only thing they have been doing is finding problems in a problem instead giving solutions. They have contributed misleading or driving trade unions to execute unfair strikes, picketing ++ and leaded to waste lot of public money and time.
Points to ponder 🔥💯❤️
At the Business Standard Manthan event, we asked the former Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission, Montek Singh Ahluwalia, what he likes to read first thing in the morning 🗞 👇

This is really the truth which i experienced personally but it is very well said by Mr.Divyakriti Sir, i think this post must reach to the person who is in responsibility to transform the education system in India.
#TheTrueContributionofaTeachertoSociety
As a JEE Advanced physics teacher since 1999, I've had the privilege of guiding countless students on their academic journeys.
Over the years, I've come to realize that a teacher's contribution is not just about imparting knowledge or helping students achieve good grades.
It's about something much deeper. The true contribution lies in holding the hand of a student and leading them through the stages of growth—from a low performer to a mediocre one, from a mediocre performer to a good learner, and from a good learner to an excellent problem solver.
This transformation is not just about academic success; it's about shaping the way students think and approach problems.
My success and contribution may not always be measurable in conventional terms, but the impact of changing a student's thought process, teaching them how to study effectively, and making them a better learner is immeasurable.
It’s not just about providing the right answers; it’s about encouraging them to ask the right questions.
In this journey of teaching, I strive to ignite curiosity, foster critical thinking, and empower students to become independent learners.
The satisfaction of seeing a student evolve and excel, knowing that I played a part in that transformation, is the true reward of being a teacher.
Teaching is more than a profession—it's a lifelong commitment to nurturing young minds, helping them realize their potential, and ultimately contributing to the betterment of society.
