Embracing Hybrid Work at Filuet: Prioritizing Life and Wellbeing I am incredibly grateful for the hybrid work opportunities at Filuet spending two days in the office, enjoying popcorn-flavored coffee with my colleagues, and three days working from home has transformed my work-life balance. As an HR professional, I see how crucial work-life balance is for everyone, from parents to caregivers. Research shows remote workers are often more productive. Life is precious and unpredictable, so we must prioritize wellbeing. To all HR professionals: champion hybrid work wherever possible. Flexibility in roles that don’t require constant office presence is key. #Hybridwork is also a significant part of employee incentives, motivation, longevity, company benefits, and attracting top talent. Millennials, in particular, often value hybrid work even more than salary, and Generation Z, being digital natives, tend to prefer remote options. Personally, I’ve never been more productive than in the past four years of working remotely since the pandemic began.
