Most times, people know that they can’t change the situation of something happening or what’s going to happen but when they feel like someone is listening to them, it makes a huge difference. That is why one of the fundamental skills that an HR professional possesses is the ability to listen. By listening attentively, they understand the core problem and can help find a solution if there is one, or simply lend an ear.
