This year's Telethon Home, built by Blueprint Homes in Satterley Property Group's Clementine Estate, sold for a whopping $1,175,000, with 100% of the proceeds going to Telethon! The project wouldn't be possible without the trades and suppliers who supported the build. Thank you to everyone who contributed to such an incredible home. 🏡 #telethon7 #2024telethonhome

Have you ever wondered what you would pay for life? Most people would say that cost is no object. One small cap company that is building and growing a moat around itself for a unique service. They provide equipment to prolong life of donated organs and have recently added their own flight services dedicated to organ transportation. This separates them from other companies and widens the moat for other companies to enter into competition. The company I am talking about is Transmedics Group. (TMDX). Revenue is growing of course and they recently gave full year guidance that exceeded Wall Street expectations. Further growth/research into better heart and lung services can provide more revenue in the future. So please take a look and do some research. It’s one of the those companies that I have been studying for a while and think it has a bright future! It’s seen a spike in price, but don’t let that deter you from learning more about this company.

SCRA: South Carolina Research Authority recently announced that Custom Donations received an Acceleration Grant. This Accelerator cohort 1 company moved to Greenville, SC from Florence, SC because of the resources #StartupGVL had to offer. “I wouldn’t say ideas are cheap, but execution is everything. Having a great idea will get you nowhere if you never act. If you’re excited about this new product or idea, you’re the person with the passion to get it done. Take that passion and do something with it. But also keep in mind that to actually build a company and make that idea come to reality, in addition to passion, you’re also going to need a ton of perseverance and endurance.” Check out what else founder, Mike Smith has to say about this founder journey! https://lnkd.in/e7YPWGxd #founderfeature #founderfriday #veteran
