Thursday, 2 May 2024 marked the closing meeting of PT. MRT Jakarta and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) DxLab project regarding Operationalization of Innovation Lab as well as Proof of Concept for Big Data Analysis on Customer Profiling and People Movement in Blok M TOD Area (https://lnkd.in/gGXp8S5g). Having officially started the first part of the project in September 2023, MRT Jakarta was closely supported by Boston Consulting Group (BCG) based on grant by JICA DxLab. The second part was later on supported by ADA (Teng Huei Hoo Ihsan Fauzi Yulanda Savitri Bernard Tan Sunny Lui) as the selected digital partner. Internally, this project involved multiple work units ranging from Corporate Strategy, TOD, Construction Engineering, Customer Engagement, Digital Business, etc. This project has strengthened the foundation of our newly established Innovation Lab (CABIN) and leveraged our capability in utilization of Big Data for our TOD area. Fully appreciate the commitment and efforts put on the project by our original CABIN team Teuku Firmansyah Rana Irawati Dini Bonafitria Annisa Ayu N. (It's been fun... and super busy :D) Great collaboration with Ayana Katogi and Omar Soeharto , along with full support and guidance from Yushi Nagano. Of course, our Board of Directors and Division Head Panji Arum B. were there at various stages of the project, lending their wisdom and different perspectives.
