How we built a feature to encourage product-led growth 👇 This week we launched our redesigned ManyRequests dashboard. The idea is to let agencies see a quick overview of important metrics (financials, clients, projects/requests, client satisfaction), they can then head to the reporting section for detailed metrics. But a secondary goal was to make those dashboards pretty so our customers share their milestones (revenue growth, client growth, client satisfaction) across socials, leading to more brand awareness! It seems it's starting to work, agencies are already sharing it. (Dashboard is from Reilly Chase and the team at HostiFi, they built a profitable $3m/year Hostifi hosting & service business)
