I signed up for a $35/month plan after being reassured multiple times by their representative that there were no hidden fees. Yet, in just two months, they have charged me $366! and 360 next.. hurrrray.... That’s more than 5x what was promised. Here’s the kicker: when I reached out to their customer service to resolve the issue, I was given the runaround, transferred between agents, and told there was nothing they could do. No explanation, no apology, no accountability. 🔎 Why This Matters: Trust is the cornerstone of any company-consumer relationship. Hidden fees and deceptive pricing aren’t just unethical—they’re borderline fraudulent. If this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.
