Role Overview: The HR and Admin manager will manage people functions (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration) and oversee office administration (facility management, event coordination, communication). This role is key in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR operational processes. Key Responsibilities across HR & Admin functions: 1. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation. 2. Foster positive employee relations and address workplace issues. 3. Support performance management and employee development. 4. Administer employee benefits and maintain HR compliance. 5. Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities. 6. Coordinate internal and external executive meetings, events, and travel arrangements. 7. Ensure workplace safety and assist with company communications. 8. Provide administrative support to leadership and maintain HR records. 9. Assist in compliance audits and employee wellness programs. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. - Experience: 3-5 years in HR or administrative roles, preferably in fast-paced startups. - Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and HR compliance knowledge. - Proficient in MS Office and leading HRMS tools. Personal Attributes: - Proactive, adaptable, solution-oriented, and collaborative. - Discreet, empathetic, and skilled at handling organizational information.
