Creating the Future of the Food Market: Our Path to SuccessAs a leader who grew up in a family of food producers on our ranch, I have always known that fresh and high-quality products are the foundation of healthy nutrition. Until the age of 15, I lived the life of a farmer’s son, helping in the family business, which involved small-scale production and processing of food products. Our business was a family craft that taught me everything. At 17, driven by a hunger for new challenges, I bought a grocery store and doubled its turnover and income in a year. By the end of the third year, I had doubled it again. However, the desire for new knowledge and experience led me to leave the company and dedicate myself to studying and developing in other business areas. My projects have always been linked to the vertical development of food-related activities, including brand production, greenhouse management, recycling, the banking sector, and consulting services. After three years of gaining valuable experience, I found myself in a life-threatening situation in the country where I was living. This led to my relocation to the Western world, where I realized how much my knowledge and experience were needed in the local food market. Currently, I am in the process of building a team and attracting investments to launch our business. We plan to start by creating a food brand tailored to our needs and those of our clients. In the future, we aim to scale our company through franchising, investing royalties and revenues into the vertical integration of the company and brand marketing. Our long-term goals include creating a vertically integrated production system, managing and developing the company, and paying dividends. We aim to accumulate financial resources and gain a reputation in the food industry, which will allow us to take a leading position in the corporate business of the future and contribute to creating a better life for consumers. I invite you to join us on this journey and become part of the team that will change the future of the food market. Together, we can reach great heights and create products that will benefit millions of people worldwide.Join our mission to create high-quality and nutritious food products. Let’s build a better future for all of us together!⸻Temur Valiev Ambitious Entrepreneur | Leader in Food Production | Innovator in Business Scaling⸻#FoodProduction #BusinessScaling #Entrepreneurship #Investment #Franchising #QualityProducts #CorporateFuture #LinkedInNetworking

She got rejected by every single investor when pitching her "Chinese hot sauce". Today, it’s a $50M Chinese food brand 🤯 And is sold in 5,000 stores, including Whole Foods, Target, and Costco. Meet Jing Gao, the founder and CEO of FLY BY JING, a company specializing in Sichuan flavors, like its ultra-popular chili crisp, hot pot kits, and frozen dumpling line. 🥵 Jing Gao launched Fly By Jing after reconnecting with her Chinese heritage and realizing the potential of her Sichuan chili crisp. 🌶️ Despite facing rejection from investors who deemed her idea "too niche," she kept going. The reward for not giving up? Every time Jing goes to Whole Foods, she now gets to take a selfie holding her own brand. 🤳 3 takeaways for entrepreneurs: 1) Validate your idea. Jing launched a Kickstarter to confirm actual demand for her Asian food brand. After an overwhelming response, she went all-in 👏 2) Find a gap in the market. Jing recognized an untapped market opportunity in the Asian food brand space. The best way to find business ideas is to pick an industry you love & keep studying it. 👨🏻💻 3) Persistence pays off. 📈 #entrepreneurship #startup

Before Hungry Foods became what it is today, one thing was crystal clear to me The market never stands still, and neither do consumer needs. That’s why you can’t just sit back and relax, you’ve got to keep pushing for better, smarter ways to do business. We’ve gone all in on staying ahead, whether it's crafting top-tier delivery systems or teaming up with the best restaurants out there. This constant drive to innovate has given us a unique edge and kept us growing strong. The secret? We really listen to what our customers want. It sounds simple, but that’s what fuels our decisions and keeps us in tune with what’s needed. Another big win has been our collaborations. By forming exclusive partnerships with some amazing restaurants, we’ve not only boosted our menu but also grown hand-in-hand with these partners. It's proof that when you work together, everyone levels up. Being an entrepreneur is a rollercoaster..plenty of highs and lows. But trust me, the payoff makes it all worth it. At Hungry Foods, we’re all about pushing limits, embracing fresh ideas, and making sure we’re delivering real value every step of the way. Who knew a JAIN family would build a nationwide business thanks to SEAFOOD? 🐟 Back in 1996, my family was on a trip to the US when my father— a strict vegetarian— casually bought a packet of Anchovy chips at the supermarket. My mom, in absolute shock, asked, “Do you know what you have bought!?” His response? “No! The pouch looked so premium, I didn’t even check what was inside🤦🏻” And that was the EUREKA moment. In that small, unexpected interaction, my father realized the power of packaging. How a well-designed pouch could sell anything, even shrimp to a lifelong vegetarian. That was the spark which birthed Jhaveri Flexo :) So, we entered the packaging industry with our unique custom machines, and ended up working with brands like Nestlé, Tata & Britannia.😇 Essentially, what started as a random trip to the supermarket turned into the foundation of a thriving multi-million dollar business. Our learning here – Success doesn’t always come from groundbreaking ideas. Sometimes, it’s recognizing opportunities in the most unexpected places and having the vision to turn them into something big :) #business #entrepreneurship #packaging
