The event facilitated interactions in various settings—conference rooms, buses, boats, restaurants, and the gene bank—which helped solidify these connections. The contacts were solid, and we built relationships that are carrying on a year later. It was the diversity - government, academia, and the private sector all of them covered perfectly. 🤝 🤝 #GlobalConnections I've been in touch with several companies I met during Health Tech Week. I’ve built connections between Tallinn and Tartu, and the random networking has led to commercial opportunities for my company. I’ve also connected with companies surrounding the ecosystem. I’ve been able to speak to them because I understood more about the cluster. [#innaxe4eu] 🇩🇰 🔎 Zoom on co-creation in Denmark! 🛠️ From a roundtable organized in Copenhagen to individual meetings with Key Opinion Leaders, the Danish Life Science Cluster brought INNAXE’s major topics to the attention of key health and life science stakeholders. A couple of insights from those interviews and cocreation session: 📌Approval for an international cluster2cluster collaboration for joint actions in the 9 major topics like MedTech, digital health, public procurement but also and importantly for equity in health; 📌Cascade funding calls as a tool for investment in the field of public procurement with hospitals pitching their needs to ignite innovation power before the calls; 📌Equity in health: there is a huge geopolitical driver in Europe to lift the quality healthcare in all countries to the same level. Lack of equity can be used as a powerhouse to generate new generation technologies with more adequate pricing models. Just touched down in Amsterdam town* & on behalf of Lumanity I’m absolutely buzzed and so grateful to be attending Paul Simms & Impatient Health crew’s Pharmageddon Europe. The programme is jam packed full of thought-provoking sessions and a line-up of industry leading speakers. The sessions I’m most looking forward to are: - ‘Capturing the attention of the new HCPs’ aka the new generation of clinicians who are influential content creators on social media 📱 - ‘The hidden health crisis’ where the impact of climate change on healthcare will be explored 🌍 - ‘Generative AI: the hype is overt’ now the dust has settled on the initial AI frenzy, how generative AI can be harnessed into performance 🤖 - A personal favourite for me is ‘Winning the culture wars’ looking at embracing experimentation, learning from failure and sharing losses as well as wins and how we incorporate that into our SOPs - culture really is king! 👑 Oh and not to forget the rooftop networking drinks 🍸 An exciting two days ahead.
