✨ Witness the miracle of modern science! ✨ Today, we’re taking you behind the scenes of our IVF process with a brief look at Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI). This incredible technique involves injecting a single sperm directly into an egg to aid fertilization. 🔬 What is ICSI? ICSI is a specialized procedure used in IVF treatments, particularly helpful for couples experiencing male infertility or previous fertilization issues. 👨⚕️ How does it work? Our skilled embryologists use a fine needle to inject one healthy sperm into the center of the egg. This precise method increases the chances of successful fertilization. 💖 Why is it important? ICSI can make a significant difference for many couples, offering hope and increasing the likelihood of achieving a healthy pregnancy. There are three ways to treat infertility: IUI, IVF, and ICSI. Among these options, IVF and ICSI have the highest success rates. IVF is used in cases of unexplained infertility, where everything appears normal including sperm count, menstrual cycles, and egg quality, yet conception or pregnancy does not occur. On the other hand, ICSI is used in cases of male infertility, such as no sperm in the semen (azoospermia) or low sperm count. Watch the complete video by Dr. Malvika to learn more about these treatments in detail. In vitro fertilization (IVF) and intrauterine insemination (IUI) are two common fertility treatments used to help individuals and couples conceive. Here's a comparison of the two: 1. IVF is short for In vitro fertilization (IVF). IUI is short for intrauterine insemination (IUI). 2. In IVF, sperm and eggs are manually combined outside the woman's body in the Laboratory. In IUI, The sperms are manually placed in the uterus so the sperms have to fertilize eggs naturally. 3. IVF is invasive compared to IUI. IUI is less invasive compared to IVF. 4. IVF has a high pregnancy rate. IUI has a low pregnancy rate when compared to IVF. 5. IVF is expensive. IUI is less expensive compared to IVF. The Importance of PGT-A in IVF Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy (PGT-A) is a groundbreaking tool in IVF, helping to identify embryos with the correct number of chromosomes. By selecting the healthiest embryos, PGT-A improves implantation rates, reduces the risk of miscarriage, and increases the chances of a successful pregnancy. It's a step toward personalized and precise fertility care. #PGTAinIVF #IVFSuccess #AdvancedFertilityCare #HealthyEmbryos #GeneticScreening #IVFBreakthrough #SeedsOfInnocence #FertilityScience #OptimizedIVFResults #ivfindia Dr. Gauri Agarwal (MD, DNB, MBBS) Chetan Kohli Shweta Singh Chandan ojha Pushpendra Kumar Seeds of Innocens IVF & Fertility Centres

The IVF process involves several steps, including: 1. Ovarian Stimulation: The first step involves stimulating the ovaries to produce multiple eggs, rather than just one. This is achieved through the use of hormonal medications. 2. Egg Retrieval: Once the eggs have matured, they are retrieved from the ovaries through a minimally invasive procedure. 3. Fertilisation: The retrieved eggs are then fertilised with sperm in the laboratory, resulting in the creation of embryos. 4. Embryo Culture: The embryos are cultured in a controlled environment until they reach the blastocyst stage, which is around five days after fertilisation. 5. Embryo Transfer: The embryos are then transferred to the woman's uterus, where they hopefully implant and result in a pregnancy. Ready to explore tailored solutions for your fertility journey? - Doc, i was feeling bad after the embrico transfer having my IVF done in a 3rd country- its cheaper than here.... I didn’t take any antibiotic after the transfer and now i have lost my pregnancy by miscarriage. I still have lots of pain in my low abdomen and the culture shows mixed bacteria. What should i do? - You need to get more comprehensive investigation of your genital bacterial status in order to prescribe the correct treatment for now, then evaluate all the risks prior to the next IVF protocol and discuss in details the antibacterial back up during all the procedures.

Let's dive into a common question we at Medfem Fertility Clinic often receive: the difference between IVF and ICSI. Dr Clark guides us through the process… ➕ IVF (In-Vitro Fertilisation): IVF is like nature's helping hand in a controlled environment. Eggs and sperm meet outside the body, in a lab dish. After fertilisation, the embryos grow for a few days before being carefully placed in the uterus. It's a wonderful option for various fertility challenges and has brought joy to countless families worldwide. ➕ ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection): When traditional IVF might need a bit of extra assistance, ICSI shines. A single healthy sperm is directly injected into an egg using micro-manipulation tools. This can be a fantastic solution for cases with sperm-related issues. Remember, every fertility journey is unique, and that's why having experts like Dr. Clark is a game-changer. His expertise at MedFem Clinic guides us through personalised paths to parenthood, making dreams come true, one miracle at a time. IVF SUCCESS STORIES ( THIS ONE IS VERY SPECIAL TO US) Our first micro-tesa pregnancy!! Young patient with severe male factor infertility. This time the infertility was not because of low sperm count or motility but due to extremely poor morphology. Patient had undergone first ivf with us where ejaculatory sperm was used and blastocysts were made. She had a biochemical pregnancy with first transfer and a negative with second. The patient had faith in us and went for a second cycle with us. However this time we suggested them to go for micro tesa for better SPERM DNA INTEGRITY. We found a lot of immotile sperms and even in micro tesa the morphology was poor. But we managed to inject around 28 oocytes of the patient. On day 5 we had only one good quality blastocyst and patient conceived with it! Currently 4 months pregnant! Micro-Tesa is a boon for male factor infertility. It may not always be done in cases of no sperm count but even with poor sperm quality it can be opted for. Not all centers have the facility for MICRO-TESA. We are one of the few centers to have this facility in house. 📞 Let's connect - +91 88829 10177 🌐 Visit us here - https://lnkd.in/gJ4YhvfT 📌 Milann Laimaa Fertility Clinic, E-580, Greater Kailash Part II, New Delhi-110048 📌 Laimaa Healthcare Clinic, 7B Ground Floor, Pocket A3, Mayur Vihar, Phase 3, Delhi-110096 ☎️ Contact no. +91 88261 86686 #laimaa #microtese #microtesa #infertility #maleinfertility #ivf #fertilityclinic #ivfsuccess #pregnancy

Laser-Assisted Hatching : Enhancing Embryo Implantation Laser-assisted hatching is a micromanipulation technique employed in in-vitro fertilization (IVF) to facilitate embryo implantation. It involves the precise application of a laser beam to create a small opening or thinning in the zona pellucida, the protective outer shell that surrounds the developing embryo. Laser-assisted hatching represents a valuable advancement in assisted reproductive technology. By enhancing the natural process of embryo hatching, LAH can increase the likelihood of successful implantation and pregnancy for couples undergoing IVF. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about LAH, consult with your fertility specialist to determine if it’s a suitable option for your unique situation. #FertilityPhilippines #IVF #LAH #InfertilitySupport #FertilityTreatment
