Last month, #TeamLEAD personnel from the Directorate of Strategic Management hosted an industry partner who prototyped a lightweight linear actuator capable of lifting heavy equipment through the U.S. Army's Small Business Innovation Research program. The prototype's portable form and figure will allow depot artisans to repair military assets more easily while engaged in forward repair activity, ensuring Soldiers receive the assistance they need, regardless of location. #ContinuousTransformation #ArmyReadiness
