What does it mean to pray? - Speech as a Prayer - I find myself with the word prayer having, sometimes, resistance. I grew up in a Roman Catholic setup and in Western society in France. And it left a mark in me and a certain resistance to the word prayer. So I had kind of find myself again— what does it mean to pray? And how can I pray? How can I pray engaging *in* something..? *Prayer* is just a way to have a conversation, but from the heart space. To open ourselves to the idea that our words are the expression of our spirit. Our spirit is a part of our soul. Our soul is a life force. Our words are expressed with winds, from the internal winds and the expression of our thoughts, that are pushed into the field of the energy we live in, and are picked up and listened to by the space itself. That are pushed around by the winds of the 4 directions that are listened to by the plant spirits, by the animals, by the rocks and the mountains and the earth. This is Metsa Series.
