This webinar has once again enriched my learning journey by equipping me with actionable tips and strategies for life and time management. Some notable strategies taught are: 📌 Eisenhower Matrix: This technique breaks down tasks into four quadrants, each representing the tasks' degree of urgency and importance. 📌 Pomodoro Technique: Taking a 5-minute break after 25 minutes of intensive work for 4 cycles, and then taking a longer break after the completion of each four-cycle session. Furthermore, I learned to ask for the agenda of every meeting to ascertain its importance and to inculcate a "No agenda, No meeting" mindset. This approach will help me be more productive with my time. Other equally important strategies mentioned include Time Blocking, Eat the Frog, Batching, etc. These techniques help to reduce burnout, improve focus and concentration, and enhance productivity.
