🌱 Enrich the Soil, Enrich Humanity 🌱 What better way to enrich humanity than by enriching our soils? Healthy soil is the foundation of sustainable food systems, resilient ecosystems, and thriving communities. Every seed sown in regenerated soil nurtures not just crops but healthier people, stronger economies, and a better future. When we care for the land, we care for everyone that eats the food we grow and everyone who uses the soils in the future. Let’s build a world where the quality of our soil reflects how much we care about humanity. Because when the soil is enriched, the abundance it generates, enriches us all. #RegenerativeAgriculture #SustainableFarming #HealthySoils #AgTech #FutureOfFarming

A couple of weeks ago I attended Network for Transport Measures' annual meeting, this time with the theme 𝘐𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨. I'm happy to hear that many large Swedish companies are seeing insetting as better option than offsetting. But what is insetting, and how can it lead us toward a more sustainable future? 🌱 Insetting is a way for companies to harmonize their operations with the ecosystems they depend upon. It goes beyond traditional carbon offsetting by focusing on interventions within a company’s value chain. These interventions generate GHG emissions reductions, promote carbon storage, and simultaneously create positive impacts for communities, landscapes, and ecosystems. 🌍 Insetting interventions often involve regenerative agriculture practices and agroforestry programs. Here’s how they contribute: 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗸𝘀: By conserving and restoring surrounding landscapes (forests, wetlands, coastal, and marine ecosystems), companies re-establish natural carbon sinks. 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Insetting helps companies achieve sustainability goals while building climate resilience and supply chain stability. 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗮𝘄 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀: Improved land management leads to better raw materials, benefiting both businesses and the environment. #insetting #sustainability #supplychainstability #positiveimpact #nshift

At Phycolabs, we're diving deep into a sustainable future. By harnessing the incredible potential of seaweed, we're not only transforming the textile industry but also actively contributing to the restoration of our planet. 🌍 Seaweed grows at remarkable rates, regenerating ecosystems and significantly reducing carbon emissions. But it's more than just a renewable resource, it's a powerful solution that bridges nature, science, and industry. With the growing global population putting immense pressure on our natural environment, bioresources are becoming increasingly scarce. However, research, such as Natural Resources Conservation and Advances for Sustainability (link below 👇), addresses the latest challenges in managing and conserving natural resources and highlights the socio-economic and ecological importance of seaweed farming, which contributes to the sustainable development of society. Let’s weave a future where the ocean is both our inspiration and our solution. 🌍 At ARTi, we celebrate #EarthDay every day with cool solutions to cool the planet. Since 2013, we've been dedicated to improving soil health and reducing carbon footprints with our #Biochar. This organic product doesn’t just rejuvenate the earth, it also effectively captures carbon, directly combating climate change from the ground up. Biochar is made by transforming organic waste into a resource that enriches agricultural and forest ecosystems. At ARTi, we're not just creating our own biochar; we're also empowering others by sharing our technology to collectively build a better world. 👉 Discover how others are already making an impact and see how you can join them at ARTi.com/Community. #EarthDay #Sustainability #Biochar #ARTi #Farming #Agriculture #ClimateChange #ClimateAction #Planet

🌍 World Environment Day: Vegpro Commits to Soil Protection! 🌱🌿 🤝 At Vegpro, we take the preservation of our planet and the fight against soil loss, which has been a crucial issue for decades, very seriously. We are proud to join Ramo in an innovative and ambitious project aimed at restoring and enriching marginal soils through willow planting. 🌳 This 5-year project plans to plant 16,000 trees per hectare, covering a total of 120 hectares, which amounts to nearly 2 million willows! The willows will be planted on soils devoid of black earth. The biomass created by the planting will then be harvested every 3 years, thus compensating for the loss of organic matter. We are convinced that this project will have a significant impact on the health of our soils and contribute to a more sustainable future. Together, let's cultivate a better world! 🌍💚 #WorldEnvironmentDay #Vegpro #SoilSupport #SustainablePartnership #Ramo #AgriculturalInnovation #Environment #Sustainability #Biodiversity #GreenFuture

We are proud to be at the forefront of sustainability and innovation in regenerative agriculture. Our commitment to regenerative practices and collaborative knowledge-building is driving positive change in local communities. Soil Organic Carbon (SOC) is one of the simplest indicators to determine soil health. Soil, as a carbon pool, is one of the key factors in several Sustainable Development Goals. Our work helps to 're-carbonize soils' by increasing the adoption of regenerative practices via collaborative knowledge building. By popularising regenerative practices promoting biodiversity and increasing SOC levels, our farmers are increasing the soil fertility of their farms, improving their water retention and their ability to house microorganisms. These efforts not only combat climate change by sequestering carbon but also empower farmers with healthier, more productive lands. Together, we aim to create a sustainable future, nurturing both our planet and its people. Join us on this journey towards a greener, more resilient world! 🌍 #LetsRegenerateTogether #SustainableAgriculture #RegenerativeFarming #SoilHealth #ClimateAction #SOC #GreenFuture #BeetleRegenSolutions

Sustainable development and community: a shared journey 🌿 Our journey toward sustainable development goes beyond technology. At Sodai, we believe that innovation must go hand in hand with the involvement of local communities. Therefore, our phytodepuration project not only combats water pollution and biodiversity loss but also creates a positive social impact. 🌱 The project: we plan to develop engineered wetlands that use phytodepuration to treat wastewater. These spaces: - Host native plant species, helping to restore biodiversity. - Recreate threatened habitats for local flora and fauna. - Are accessible to communities, providing natural spaces that improve social and environmental well-being. 🌍 An ecological and social benefit: our commitment is to recover spaces dedicated to sanitation, transforming them into harmonious resources for nature and people. 💧 Together, we can protect water and our future. #Sodai #MissionWater #SaurGroup #NijhuisSaurIndustries #Phytodepuration #WaterManagement #Sustainability #Biodiversity #LocalCommunities
