Are daily tasks running you? Here’s how to make your business run itself 👇 so you’re not always ‘in’ the business. 7 Signs You’re Ready for a System-Driven Business: (even if it feels intimidating) 1️⃣ You feel like you’re always ‘in’ the business: ↳ Constantly handling emergencies? Many feel this way. ↳ Start with one repetitive task and systemize it for efficiency. 2️⃣ Growth feels unsustainable: ↳ If growth means adding hours, not value, time to adjust. ↳ Design workflows that operate smoothly without constant input. 3️⃣ You’re frustrated by inconsistent results: ↳ Quality shouldn’t feel like a gamble. ↳ Create documented processes to bring consistency and confidence. 4️⃣ Your time feels stretched thin: ↳ If everyday tasks are exhausting you, it’s time to change. ↳ Free up hours by outsourcing one low-priority task. 5️⃣ You’re looking for more personal freedom: ↳ Would things work smoothly if you took a break? ↳ SOPs empower your team, giving you space for strategic focus. 6️⃣ Client issues keep repeating: ↳ Similar issues cropping up repeatedly? It’s not just bad luck. ↳ Use checklists to address common issues and improve satisfaction. 7️⃣ You want more predictable outcomes: ↳ Working without clear targets? Establish KPIs to guide actions. ↳ This creates measurable results and keeps the team focused. Building a systems-driven business means reclaiming time and setting a strong foundation for sustainable growth. Which sign resonates most with you? Leading a 10X Journey The path to 10X will be challenging for you. You will be required to imagine a 10X future state, free up your time to work on the 10X future state, hunt and kill complacency in your organization, and upgrade your business operating system continually along the way. Your commitment to the future state will be tested over and over again. Why do it? You want to win and enjoy the spoils of the achievement. How do you imagine a 10X future state? You have permission to dream about your business operating at 10X of current revenue. How much more profitable should you be at that scale? What types of customers are you serving? Why do they prefer you? What kind of organizational capabilities must be present? Why do these employees, contractors, and suppliers want to be a part of your team? Now, define some measurements that can serve as targets and markers along your journey. How do you free up your time? Eighty percent of your activities contribute 20% of the value. You want to stop having to do these activities. This freedom of time will allow you to invest more of your time and energy into the 20% of activities that generate 80% of the value. Cease doing 50% of your activities that contribute 4% of the value. Free up half of your time immediately. Outsource the other 30% that contribute only 16% of the value. Find who's to take on this work. Hire a Second in Command to manage the execution in your business. Why must you focus on killing complacency? Complacency is a naturally occurring phenomenon. It is easy for us to become satisfied with the status quo. Our daily work can become a matter of "going through the motions." The culture of many companies can best be described as complacent. The problem is that complacency does not lead to success. It is always a sign of decline. Do not forget about the business operating system. Your business operating system is the sum of your strategy, people, processes, playbooks, value propositions, culture, etc. Your current business operating system is perfectly designed to yield current results. It brought you here, but it will not take you there. Are you ready to 10X your business? Pinnacle Business Guides APEX Management Partners, LLC

4 reasons why business owners hesitate when it comes to implementing standardized processes: 1) Fear of losing control 2) They think that standardized processes will make them irrelevant in their own company 3) The thought of the upfront time and cost can feel pretty overwhelming. 4) They believe their personal, hands-on approach is too unique to be captured in a standard process 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁: Do you really want to be the one measured for every outcome, or do you want to focus on the bigger picture? I bet many of you might pause and think about how taking on too much work can be overwhelming and isn't really the best way to grow. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗯𝘆: - Improving consistency and quality. - Streamlining operations and increasing efficiency. - Scaling your business without sacrificing control. Create streamlined processes that allow for adaptability. Set your business up for consistent growth.

Your business does not happen by accident. You have to have processes and procedures in place to make sure that everything gets done when it’s supposed to. Does that sound a little overwhelming? It doesn’t have to be according to my guest Brittni Schroeder. She explains you are only one person, and systems help you streamline your activities and create processes you can share with others. The systems help you scale and handle more clients and bigger projects to grow your business.

Want to get super systemized in your business? Here are some tips to help you get started: ➡️ Avoid multitasking. For maximum efficiency, create systems that allow your team to focus on one goal at a time. ➡️ Welcome external critique. As a business owner, you have a close-up view of your systems. Ask a partner, investor, mentor or client for their unbiased input. ➡️ Keep it simple. Your systems should be easy to learn and understand. ➡️ Encourage delegation. Your business should be able to continue running if you take a few days or weeks off. Your systems should ensure that your business isn’t reliant on your continuous involvement. How do you systemise your business?
