Kids in bed 😴 and I'm busting out some personalised welcome emails to customers who signed up today! ✨💌 Yes I know I should automate this, but here is why I'm not: 🍩 I have a look around and see what actions the customers has taken 🔍 🍩 Try and figure out how they found out about TD 🍩 Look up their website and find out what kind of business they are 💼 🍩 Reflect on what problem they are trying to solve with TD 🤔 🍩 Our sign up volumes are manageable enough at this stage 📊 🍩 I personalise the email, which is a nice touch, and makes the user feel valued ✨ Time for bed soon.....after I engage with some Reddit posts related to Testimonials and Reviews. ----- I run Testimonial Donut (making customer reviews easy) and Founderoo (sharing founder stories) with Guy Ligertwood. Building in public while working day jobs - follow along to see if we make it or break it! 🚀
