Yes! People love authenticity! There's an added layer of that when making a video. You can't fake enthusiasm very well on camera (vs writing).

Farzan That's actually brilliant. Reaction and before/after videos are super popular. What a genius idea to transform this format into testimonials. You may have some website visitors who aren't too sure whether they want your service, so they might not even click on regular testimonial videos. But with a reaction or before/after video, I bet curiosity takes over, and most visitors will watch it. And that's a win.
