🌟 Contributions to the KM Community in 2024 🌟 I truly believe that GIVING is far more important than taking. 💡 Every year, I ask myself how I, Moria, can contribute to the advancement of the knowledge management (KM) discipline and community. As we wrap up 2024, here’s my yearly contribution list: ✅ Leading the Knowledge Management Global Network (KMGN) course on “Leveraging the Value Creation of Tacit Knowledge”. 🎓✨ This one-time course transformed into an open resource for the KMGN YouTube channel. A huge thanks to Vincent Ribiere, Fisher Yu, and Dan Asher (phd) , the amazing course team who turned this vision into reality! 🙏 ✅ Spearheading KMGN’s Global Knowledge Week during the third week of October. 🌍📅 What started as an idea in 2023 became a platform for 16 countries to share, learn, and collaborate on knowledge management. With over 130 events and more than 240 activity hours, this initiative was a true celebration of KM. A heartfelt thank-you to all country and network members who led the local events! 🎉👏 ✅ Driving innovation with GEN AI agents (#AgenticAI) to enhance knowledge work in numerous ways. 🤖🚀 One notable agent helps knowledge managers engage with experts, fostering discussions that capture #TacitKnowledge. Kudos to Nurit Stone Lin, Anat Bielsky, and all the ROM Global team for their dedication to creating these groundbreaking agents! 🙌 ✅ Hosting the first-ever event uniting the main global KM communities- Knowledge Management Global Network, APQC and SIKM(Stan Garfield) to discuss KM Trends 2025. 🌟🤝 This collaborative event emphasized the power of collaboration over competition and planted the seeds for an annual tradition. Let’s spread the message that collaboration is key—for KM and beyond! 🌐💬 Reflecting on this list fills me with two things: 🤲 Responsibility—to continue these efforts in the coming years and aim even higher. 🌈 Hope—that KM will leave an even greater impact on businesses, societies, and the world.
