As per a friend in #Chandigarh #India who lives and works in Chandigarh. In the last 2 years number of Freight brokerages serving USA/CANADA have atleast tripled in Chandigarh area. Around 10K or many more employees are working in Freight Brokerages in that region. Add dispatch services to it and this number will be huge. Majority of these employees are paid under $500 per month..some as low as $200/Mo. ***OF-COURSE MOST OF THESE BROKERAGES DO NOT DISCLOSE TO SHIPPERS OR CARRIERS OF WHERE THEY ARE OPERATING FROM** Maybe outsourcing is reality of the changing world but if I was a trucking company or a shipper I would be very worried sharing confidential data/Shipment information if I dont know whose hands and where it's ending up especially considering that Fraud/Scams/Theft are on the rise. Disappointing Experience with Logistics Company The Professional Couriers I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from The Professional Couriers I sent 3 parcels (30kg) from Panipat, Haryana to Bangalore, Karnataka via air freight six days ago, paying ₹11,500 for urgent delivery within 3-4 days. However, my customer still hasn't received the parcels. Tracking no. - PNP530373055 Both my customer and I have tried to contact them, but their customer support is non-existent - no central customer care number and unresponsive branch contact numbers. and website shows wrong information. To make matters worse, despite paying for air freight, they shipped my consignment via surface transport! Woowww.. I could ship that parcel via other transport company within 3-5k rupes frieght but for emergency I paid 11500 for air shipping And see what happened. I caution others against using their services. The name "Professional" doesn't reflect their actual standards. Disappointed with DTDC Courier Service: Rakhi Delivery Delayed Beyond Rakshabandhan Dear DTDC Express Ltd,DTDC Express Limited,DTDC Support I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by DTDC Courier. A shipment containing a Rakhi was booked on 7th August and reached the Faridabad branch on 12th August. However, despite several days passing, the shipment has still not been delivered as of 21st August. This delay is particularly disappointing as it has caused the Rakhi to not reach its destination in time for Rakshabandhan, a day that holds immense sentimental value. The failure to deliver on time has led to a significant emotional and cultural impact, in addition to the inconvenience. I urge DTDC to address this issue immediately and ensure that such delays do not happen in the future, especially when it comes to time-sensitive deliveries.
