I am excited to attend Salesforce Dreamforce this year, especially with their 'hard' pivot toward Agentforce. I think agents have the potential to significantly transform how organisations deliver services to clients, reshaping personalisation in marketing, sales, and service. This evolution will enhance services across channels, unlocking opportunities to reset the cost base while also providing a wider range of services in an 'always-on' approach. However, I think it's important to consider the challenges that come with this shift. We need to focus on people, ensuring that automation doesn't introduce bias, and safeguarding data and privacy. Personally, I believe in the power of technology to augment human capabilities rather than aim to replace them.

🚀 Exciting Milestone Unlocked! 🚀 I just created my first Salesforce AI-powered Agent 🤖 with #BuiltWithAgentforce, and it was an incredible journey from start to finish! 🔥 Enabling agents, creating new topics directly in Agent Builder, configuring topics, and setting topic actions—everything from Apex, Flow, Prompt Templates, and working on the Agent’s inputs & outputs made this project one to remember. 🧩 Adding industry-specific instructions, testing prompts, and publishing for customer use brought the experience full circle.
