Corporate Actions Update The Board of Directors of Zenith, in its latest release of the company's audited FYS 2023, has declared a final dividend N3.50 per share, and a previous interim of N0.50 cumulative amounting to a total N4.00. While at the same period GTCO, in a similar move has also published audited report for 2023, in the decision to the board of directors has proposed a dividend N2.70 per share and also in addition to the half-year interim N0.50k amount to a final payment of N3.20.

The pricing of the AIMCO CLO 10 reset was impressive. This reset is accretive, as the deal’s WACC tightened slightly from 177.6 bps to 176.9 bps, and an additional 5 years of reinvestment period were added to the deal.
