Examine their ability to expand the franchise network, enter new markets, and maintain consistent brand value. Great leadership fosters open communication and transparency with franchisees. Evaluate how well the franchisor communicates vital information to its franchisees. A transparent franchise company will provide clear insights into fees, financial performance, and corporate decisions. If possible, attend franchise discovery days or meetings.
