#reality #breach Overwhelmed, while watching my girl in grade 3 reading and researching on “gender equality”, although this was mandated through SDGs, yet a desire for future. I am quite hopeful for generation Alpha & z, in understanding and respecting the significance, however more efforts are required on gen x and y, specifically when these people are holding most of the leadership positions in corporate sector with own limitations of exposure towards sensitivities. Trainings are required for elderly leadership positions along with focused execution plans, as new generation is more complied. #trainleadersongender
