Stepping Out of the Comfort Zone to Build a New One After eight years in the pest control industry, from starting out as a Service Technician to serving as an Assistant Service Manager across five diverse branches : Tangerang, Bali , Cikarang, and South Jakarta. I’ve seen firsthand the power of stepping outside one’s comfort zone. #PostRenovationDeepCleaning 90% of my customers are age below 40y-o and they paid us to do the post renovation cleaning. Is post renovation cleaning expensive? Well, I would said you paid for VALUE. Some customer would paid for RM1k-3k for the renovated house cleaning, is it expensive to you? I am talking about RM1.00-RM1.20/sqft for the deep cleaning. Customer ever told me: WHAT! Your price is way too high! My weekly cleaner only charge RM20/hour. First of all, the cleaner might charge for GENERAL Cleaning and we are charged for DEEP Cleaning. Deep cleaning seldom quote by hours, rather we will quote by project. In Malaysia, we know our contractors well, defect defect defect OR delay delay delay. We have no hidden cost but we quote by project. Customers can put the post renovation cleaning into budgeting at the first point when they plan for the renovation.
