The Data Speaks: Why Do Most Advisors Fail to Thrive Long-Term or Hit a Growth Ceiling? The Problem: Lack of an Effective Marketing Strategy: Many advisors struggle with creating a marketing plan that truly works. ( That means we don't know how to build an effective marketing strategy) Fear of Selling: How often have I heard, "I don’t like selling; I don’t want to come across as 'salesy'?" This mindset usually means advisors aren’t making enough offers or closing enough deals. ( That also may mean there is a disconnect between who you are currently and where you are trying to go #mindset) Who do you need to become to reach the goals you have set? Unclear Differentiation: If you can’t clearly articulate what sets you apart, how can your clients? For the most part, we are all selling the same products, so enticing people with your $100 credit, breakfast for 2, and upgrades is not enough. We can all produce that. Avoidance of Delegation: This is a big one—many advisors insist on doing everything themselves and then wonder why they aren’t seeing growth. ( You are not the best at making dining reservations lol!) ***I don't know about you, but I am trying to build a team that runs my entire business better than I do. ( A team that manages themselves) No Scalable Systems: If you know me, you know I always preach this. Without scalable systems, your growth will be limited if you have to manage day-to-day operations. So, how do all these challenges connect? Your MARKETING STRATEGY is the common thread that influences each one. What’s Next? At The Biz Huddle, we’ll be breaking down a roadmap to solve each of these issues, led by a marketing powerhouse that we’ll announce soon. Nope, this won't be a keynote because we don't need inspiration. We need actionable items that we can implement right away. Stay tuned—this is going to be a game-changer. Happy Labor Day! The things below the surface are what actually create a powerful strategy that converts into paying clients. Couldn't we all use a few more of the RIGHT clients?
All of this!! I frequently talk on the podcast about how social media and email can be helpful, but they're only a mask.
