Oh, getting to the next stage is often so, so challenging. I loved the book “10x is Easier Than 2x”, it goes into the needed mindset shifts quite a lot. And it turns out - 10x really might be easier.

1moOh I know that one. Number 4 for me. Got the company to about 1m and then sold it off as I knew other skills required to go from 1 to 10. And....it was my own baby and everyone thinks their own child is goldylocks. Love the style btw
