There is no circular building - only the promise of it. We just don’t know yet what will happen in the future. It's time to back up our promises. What does a ‘circular building’ really mean in an industry, where our ‘products’ are in use for more than 50 years? We must face that when we say circular what we should see in it is a promise and the commitment we make to a future that we can’t yet foresee. But this is not to stop the enthusiasm... quite the opposite: Let this unclear future challenge us to design and build with maximum flexibility, adaptability, and a deep awareness that what we create today must be able to change tomorrow. Let’s future proof our buildings. It’s about creating the best conditions for buildings to be able to adapt to future needs to be used as long as possible and ensuring that materials can be reused, and that structures can be repurposed or dismantled with minimal waste. But this commitment is hollow without being backed up by robust business models. We need to consider 𝐰𝐡𝐨 will fulfil these promises, 𝐡𝐨𝐰 they will be achieved, and 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬, when the time comes. How have you backed up your circular promises? #CircularEconomy #Architecture #SustainableDesign #FutureProof -------------------- If you like this kind of content follow me for more…

We believe that buildings should be designed to work in harmony with nature, not against it. Our passion with Solar Passive Architecture is reflected in our work and designs. Our approach is simple: we 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 / 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗩 (𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲) to make 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 to everyone. Further we 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗖𝗠 𝗦𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 that 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁. It's not just about designing buildings - it's about creating a better future for ourselves and for the generations to come. Let's work together with Eco Solutions to make that vision a reality. From design to documentation to installation, Fundermax has sustainability in mind.
The construction and manufacturing industries are some of the top producers of greenhouse gases and carbon emissions. With dwindling resources and the health of people and our planet on top of mind, it's important to make more sustainable investments and cleaner processes going forward. Sustainability matters to us at Fundermax. As a global manufacturer, we do our part by avoiding harmful ingredients and creating production processes that relieve the burden on our environment. 🌍 Embracing the Circular Economy in Architecture Sustainability isn't just a buzzword anymore—it's becoming a cornerstone in shaping how we build our future. One concept gaining traction is the Circular Economy. 🔄 What's Circular Design? It's about rethinking how we use materials, aiming to cut down on waste and resource use. This approach not only helps the environment but can also save a lot of dough 💵💵💵💵💵💵 🌱 Why Embrace Circular Design? Less Waste: Minimizing what we throw away. Cost-Effective: Saving money by reusing stuff. Creative Freedom: Finding innovative ways to use materials. Future-Proof: Building smarter for changing times. 🔍 A question to those in the architectural field, have you tried to embrace Circular Designs in your projects and how? #CircularEconomy #SustainableArchitecture #GreenBuilding #ArchitectureAndDesign #CircularDesign #EnvironmentalSustainability #BuildingTheFuture
