𝗖𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗮🚢 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗮𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗴, located on the Lower Elbe, is about 100 kilometers from where the Elbe flows into the North Sea 🌊. It is nevertheless considered a seaport ⚓, as it can be called at by seagoing vessels with a draught of up to 15 meters. Smaller cruise vessels, including older "pots" from the AIDA fleet 🛳️, often moor at Cruise Center Altona. The environmentally friendly facilities of the Cruise Center Altona are particularly noteworthy 🌱. Since 2016, ships can be 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿⚡𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲. The 𝗔𝗜𝗗𝗔𝘀𝗼𝗹 🛳️ 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲. The shore power supply allows the ships to switch off their engines while they are docked, which leads to a significant reduction in emissions. The Cruise Center Altona opened in 2011 with a quay length of 360 meters 📏. Ships up to 300 meters long can dock there. In 2023, SFT delivered 2 foam filled Ocean Guard Fenders with a diameter of 3000 x 4500mm and a weight of 4,500 kg. The terminal impresses with its central location 🌍: the famous fish market 🎣 and the Oevelgönne museum harbor 🏛️ are within easy walking distance, allowing travelers to experience Hamburg's maritime flair up close. Damn Joe Langton, you did it again and launched the future of automation and electrification. You elegantly solved a bunch of issues I see everyday. Landscape crew members fearthat automation will take their jobs, but you demonstrated the new role of the landscape tech who will need to manage a fleet of #cobots and the integration of battery powered equipment. This new role will transform the landscaper into an IT/landscaper role and elevate job skills a traditional labor intensive lower skillset job. You also illustrated how to scale a landscape business with automation and quantify the lower cost savings with your cost-per-acre metric, while increasing production output. It’s exciting to see the combo of Kress’s Cybertank 8-minute charger and landscape tools, MowFleet and Towa pulled together into a simple turnkey solution. I bet in 5-years we will look back at thsi video and comment how you cobbled this first robot+battery equipment trailer together. It will go down in history as vintage robot+electrification landscaping. This truly reminds me about the rapid development of mountain bikes when I was at Specialized Bicycles. From cantilever brakes to roller-cam and U-brakes to disc brakes. Or rigid bikes to full-suspension bikes. This takes the American Green Zone Alliance (AGZA) Green Zone up a whole new level with the integration of automation! #futureoflandscapung #inginuity #robotautomation
