Great model setup (mind map), and interesting hierarchy. If any model, shall it become successful, one will have to find someone who sees and understands the potential (risktaker) in the model presented, with access to funding resources. There must also be someone with the capacity (process owner) who can realize such a task. And finally it's a team work to make the model real. If any model regarding marginal fields should succeed, I believe it would have to rely on some bit of good luck and coincidence.
