I've seen those same boundaries that hold on too tight and think that they have to be the expert on every subject matter inside the walls of their company. I have a very interesting story about my uncle worked in the Ronald Reagan White House. And so when I was a kid, I used to go there all the time. And I asked my uncle when I was a young kid, I'm like, why is it that this actor who doesn't seem to be like, out of what you would imagine like a great politician would be, didn't seem like he was all that smart? Like, how is he so successful? And my uncle said, well, he only hires people who are smarter than him and he hires people that augment. His weaknesses because so he's very willing to look at what his weaknesses are and surround them with people. And I took that to heart and that's really the way I built procore. I know what my strengths are, I know what my weaknesses are, and I just surrounded myself with people that basically helped me achieve my objective because it's not about me, it's about the bigger vision of the business.
