🌟Get your balance and fly! 🌟 The other morning, while running on the beach, 🏃♀️ I saw a lady stand on one leg, stretch out her arms, and proclaim, "It’s the Wobble Queen!" 👑 Not exactly what I was expecting, ( and I didn't know her! 😆) but it just shows the power of an idea! 💡 The idea to improve my balance ⚖️ came after slipping a few times while descending a volcano 🌋. With no extra hours in the day, I started habit stacking—adding balance exercises to my work routine. ✨ Now, I’ve found my balance and can fly through my tasks! 😆🦅 It's been a game changer, finding time for balance and getting work done at the same time! 💪 I'm loving all the messages and my 'wobble board talk' ripples!
