Let's learn about the art of overindulgence; Gluttony. Yes yes, the one similar to greed, or even worse than greed I should say. The magic of gluttony in marketing is the art of the allure of abundance and excess. Didn’t get it? Here, is an example… Have you ever been craving a decadent treat, and suddenly, you see an ad for a mouthwatering dessert buffet? It's all-you-can-eat, and it's calling your name. 😶 That’s the best example of gluttony. Let me give you a case study (as always) to look into to help you understand better. Take Krispy Kreme's "Original Glazed Doughnut Day" campaign. They offered free doughnuts to anyone who walked in on the designated day. By tapping into people's desire for indulgence and abundance, Krispy Kreme generated massive buzz and foot traffic, increasing sales and brand loyalty. So how can you leverage gluttony in your marketing?🤔 Offer irresistible deals, create limited-edition releases, or showcase the abundance and luxury of your products or services. Creating content for LinkedIn has been the dreaded task on my to-do list for the past 6 months.
