As new lagers continue to hit the market, the terminology to describe and brand a good one remains limited with terms like crisp, light, refreshing, and easy-drinking. Beyond those, breweries risk going too inside baseball to resonate with the wider audiences that are usually being targeted. Lately, I've noticed a rising trend in the use of "Cold" including our own Cold Time of course. In fact, with it's dual meaning, I’d argue that "Cold" is becoming the new Hot descriptor in the world of lagers.
