🔥🥩 Our MasterChef Braai (BBQ) Challenge was on fire last night! 🥩🔥 Each team brought their own flavour and creativity to the grill, showcasing just how competitive (and collaborative!) we can be. 👨🍳👩🍳 From the saucy goodness of Stick it to the Meat to the spicy flair of Sticky TDC, and the mad twist of the Mexican Fiesta team, everyone brought their A-game! But it was 5 Blind Mice 🧀 that stole the show and won the night! 🎉🙌 Their winning combo? Pepper & onion stuffed pesto chicken with a chutney relish, garlic & herb ‘braai’ mushrooms, roasted peppers covered with a sweet ‘boerie’ relish and lamb chops marinaded in pineapple and lemon juice, topped with a grilled pineapple and dried apricots.! Let’s just say, we were stuffed with joy after tasting their masterpieces. 🍗🍄🍍 A huge thank you to Lisle Thatcher, Beach and Bush Team Building and Riverstone Lodge- Muldersdrift Lodge for making this ultimate team-building experience possible!
