I think this new breed is flipping the script. We're starting small. We've got customers who trust us. They're coming to us with problems and saying, hey look, we use XYZ every day. We don't use this tool. But if you did these three things to it, we think this changes the game for us and you have that like inbound coming from your customer. It's like incredibly exciting. Most people outside of cannabis that have some type of problem solving skill set can lend a hand there and be one of those. Forced employees that come and opens up their ears for customers and just delivers a high quality. So if you can do something like that, if you've got a skill set or a background that has those skills, I think you're a top candidate for an early hire for a software company and get in on something fun. Become the head of customer success in two years, right?
