It's #WorldBrailleDay and this year marks 200 years since Braille was developed 🎉 We're celebrating #Braille200 by sharing Theo's incredible story – Theo was our Innovator of the Year for This is Youth 2023. Theo used Braille to help develop a life-changing piece of software called 'Talking Balance' which is a scientific scale that reads out the precise weight when measuring different materials. This means Theo, and many other partially-sighted and blind young people, are now able to fully participate in practical science lessons. You're amazing, Theo 💜
