The unique culture in each unit sets the tone for respect and trust. It all starts with connection. Connecting to eachother, connecting to ourselves, connecting to leaders, connecting to organizations and resources, connecting to purpose and the mission. At every turn, content is irrelevant if the connection isn’t there. How do you connect? How does your team connect? Your respect and trust meter depends on the depth and frequency on the connections. #connect2protect #integratedprevention #resiliency #IPRO
Service members need to respect and trust one another to successfully complete their mission. By identifying command climate issues and creating prevention-based activities to improve areas of concern, we aim to improve force readiness and resilience.
