Kier Starmer vs Boris Johnson: Is Cronyism Just Standard Politics? 🌍 The buzzword of the day is "cronyism" and how deeply it permeates our political landscape. With Kier Starmer on one side and Boris Johnson on the other, it feels like a never-ending debate on accountability and transparency. As we observe more and more undeclared gifts and donations across the parties, one can't help but wonder: has cronyism become an accepted part of our governance? It appears that favouritism and preferential treatment are not just isolated incidents but ingrained in the fabric of politics. Both Starmer and Johnson have been accused of favouring close allies over merit, leading us to question the integrity of our system. The latest UK statistics highlight that a staggering 62% of the public believe that politicians regularly engage in cronyism (Source: YouGov). This distrust can erode the foundations of democracy, making it imperative for leaders to address these concerns head-on. As young as my children are presently, I regularly advocate the importance of them using their vote when they are old enough. I have to say, with the current level of dishonesty, duplicity and hypocrisy being displayed by our political leaders, I'm losing the appetite to continue this 😔

Readers, please read his responses carefully; does a sharp mind, even afflicted with a cold, make statements like that? Does anyone in their right mind, trust Joe Biden, in his state of mind, to save democracy? This election is NOT about saving Democracy; it is, literally, about saving the State, the culture, the sinews and muscles of the Republic, from wave after wave after wave of uninvited and demanding claim jumpers. Trump may well be a rogue; but he is a rogue who can save American territoriality in the face of Mass Migration. Children in a home are generally nurtured. We hope there is a balance of love, limits, and expectation. Children want and will tantrum without exhaustion, unless they are taught, that is not the road to success. Values differ from family to family. We hope kindness and honesty are lived and taught by example. Some members of families are "me" oriented. Some seek education towards a good income and then building a family. Others seek "higher" service. What is that? Doctors wish to heal. Prosecutors (honest) wish to address crime. Scientists study various modalities to improve life. Public servants USED TO wish to make their municipality better. The salary base for these servants won't make anyone rich. Yet many have become fabulously wealthy. In those positions of power, there are connections, ego-stroking, and belonging to a club. The club with stepping stones. After a while one should look in the mirror and wonder, who do I serve and does what I am doing, serve me well? If we are honest, it's the student (teacher), doctor (patient), lawyer (client), judge (justice), etc. We've chosen a path for the greater good. UNLESS we've pretended to want the greater good, when it's what offers other types of grandiosity for ourselves. Those that serve as President and cabinet level officers, serve THE COUNTRY. As outlined in the oath and mandate. When they CAN'T, honor precludes pretense and nine out of 10 media outlets (I am being kind) pretending the few journalists as promoting cheap fake news. They do know about cheap, fake and what's been promoted as news and it has NOT served the country at all. Now, whether 99% of humanity elect to wear blinders, blame others, or pretend, the country at stake is sinking in all appreciable metrics, domestically and internationally. Mrs. Biden isn't sworn in, and she has her subjectivity. We can't tolerate the obfuscation, dishonesty, and blatant gaslighting one day more. What honest people have said for over 18 months, is what was on display after eight days of FOCUSED review. It is that level of service that is leading the country with the guidance or advice of non-elected persons. The ends do NOT justify the means.

There is no doubt some great things are in store for downsizing an out of control federal Leviathan by the Trump Administration...with help from efficiency experts like Elon Musk. However, as great as these efforts can be, they might prove temporary with a change of administration as we saw with Biden 46 undoing much of the good work of Trump 45 Administration. A Convention of States can go around Congress and propose common sense Constitutional amendments supported by #WeThePeople to make reform changes permanent. How about a constitutional amendment requiring all legislation to be single subject bills, (ie, no more 2,000 page omnibus bills or continuing resolutions), or how about an amendment requiring the Supreme Court to be limited to nine members? The Left: “Did Biden Silence His Critics?” In the March 22, 2024 edition of The Week, the article, “State of the Union: Did Biden Silence His Critics?” Suggests that a return of Trump to the Oval Office would “be a repudiation of the core values that have long defined America: ‘Honesty. Decency. Dignity. Equality’(6).” The leftist assumption, naturally, is that these values are present in the Biden White House! So let’s look a little closer at these: Honesty - on the tail of the Hur Report characterizing the President as a kindly old man who has lost his mind, and shouldn’t be charged for taking classified documents … Biden clearly lied about taking them. In fact, he has been called a serial liar on virtually every aspect of his career from graduating first in his law class on. I could also cite how the J6 committee deleted many of the files they didn’t want the American people to see before they lost control of the House. Decency - Biden parrots at every turn how his son Beau died … first in Iraq, then from brain cancer, then from another cause that fits a new narrative. However, Biden has largely ignored veterans not named Beau. He has even stopped calling Gold Star families whose loved ones die abroad through his poor policies. He knows in his heart of hearts he has lost the veteran community. No decency in abandoning veterans who have sacrificed blood and treasure for God and country. Dignity - We have an 81 year old man as President who is suffering dementia. Anyone who has a family member with the disease knows the signs and the story. Where is the dignity in pumping him full of amphetamines so he can be focused for short spans of time, only to crash later? Where is the dignity, Jill? His loved ones are supposed to prevent elder abuse, no? Is he just another pawn in the political “game of thrones?” IMHO, this is shameful. Equality - The radical policies advanced by this administration (DEI) have not furthered equality in America. They have not improved justice for all. America remains a nation populated by 68 percent whites in 2024, but Biden and his Executive Agencies adopted an “America Last” agenda that puts whites last in every conceivable way. Corporations have supported this nonsense willingly. What’s going to happen when the 68 percent say in unison that we have had enough? The left has the history of always going too far, of playing their hand way too aggressively. That time is fast approaching. Push back is around the corner. Has Biden silenced his critics? Hell no! All he has done is piss off an awful lot of opponents with his drug-fueled, dementia rage. The left has cheered him on. Pretty soon, the 68 percent plus are going to respond. The left will then realize that their dismantling of our nation, destruction of our cultural mores and values, and the denigration of our justice system are not acceptable any longer. We want our country back. We won’t take “No” for an answer. Just one military veteran’s opinion.

Happy Independence day????? - Her dad found her naked. - Lying motionless on the floor with a broken pelvic girdle, disfigured limbs. - Her glasses broke, leading to the glass going into her eyes, bleeding incessantly. - Her plight in those final minutes is unimaginable. - Her parents were denied any contact with her dead body for 3 hours after they reached the crime scene. - The reports suggest more than one man could have been involved in the sexual assault. - 150 gm of semen was found in her body, one man can only have 15 gm. - As per her family, she had no clothes on her body, her legs were 90 degrees apart. - The suspect was an NSFW addict as the content on his phone proved. At this point, it's not just a doctor issue anymore; it's just inhumane. We keep unlocking lower levels of inhumanity year after year. Fools were us who even hoped there would be reforms after the Nirbhaya case. It's been 12 years. Nothing has changed. What an irony to be deemed Nirbhaya after death when you live every day in fear. Worse even, that instead of remembering your name, they are labelling you Nirbhaya 2, as if it's a sequel of a movie that you knew would have consequent parts. What does ignorance look like you ask? It looks a lot like getting out of your burning home right when it's about to topple off, and completely forgetting in the process that you saw the flames growing everyday and still did nothing. It's not a crime to be a doctor in this country; IT'S A CRIME TO HOPE FOR WOMEN IN THIS COUNTRY. As we raise our flags high and sing the national anthem, we need to ask ourselves what this freedom truly means. We live in a country where justice for women remains elusive, where their safety is continually compromised, and where every day brings news of yet another unspeakable atrocity. Our fight for freedom is far from over. Until every woman can walk this land without fear, until every crime is met with the justice it demands. We owe it to the countless women who have suffered, to keep fighting for a country where freedom truly belongs to all (v hard to believe but yes) And let me be clear—there can never be enough posts or protests for this. We must refuse to let this be a fleeting moment of outrage. ‼️Let’s not make it only a week of uproar but remain relentless until justice is served.

This is the correct time to change the structure of the judiciary.

How can we call it freedom when we’re still talking about protecting women? And from whom, I ask? This tragedy is a wake-up call. The real battle isn’t just outside—it’s in the mindset we’re nurturing at home. Too often, parents shy away from crucial conversations about respect and empathy. If we instill these values early, the very idea of needing ‘protection’ wouldn’t exist because harming women wouldn’t even be a thought. I've been reflecting a lot lately, particularly regarding the recent election, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. This will be my only comment on the subject, as I want to express my perspective clearly and thoughtfully. Firstly, I believe it's crucial to resist the urge to assign blame regarding the election results. It's essential to recognize that emotions are running high; many individuals are feeling disappointment, while others are celebrating their victories. Regardless of where we fall on this spectrum, we must remember that participating in the electoral process is not just a right but a cherished freedom for us as Americans. Every vote cast was an exercise of personal choice, and we should respect each individual's decision, whether they supported one candidate over another. Secondly, I want to extend a bold challenge to social services organizations, human rights advocates, and transformative leaders in our communities. We must unite to safeguard the human rights and social justice freedoms that we have fought so hard to obtain. Relying solely on restricted funding is no longer a sustainable plan; instead, we have a unique opportunity to innovate by establishing more donation banks and foundations. These initiatives will allow us to sustain and amplify the vital work we've already begun. I urge each of you—if you truly feel a sense of urgency about these issues—to come together and create avenues to continue advancing our shared missions. Lastly, I want to remind everyone to take care of themselves during this tumultuous time. It’s important to reach out to family and friends and offer support as we navigate this emotional landscape together. Many of us are experiencing a wide range of feelings, and that’s perfectly valid. Remember, each day offers us the chance to work together for meaningful change, and it’s imperative that we stay connected and supportive of one another on this journey.
