At Tarleton's Inaugural First Gen. Summit, there was SO MUCH incredible learning! But, the HIGHLIGHT of my day, week, month, year.........more?! Meeting Dr. Dwain Mayfield and hearing the story of the United States Air Force coming to him and saying, "in two years, we need two airplanes, and they need to do things no airplane has ever done!" Can you imagine buying into his vision? What about those who are saying "this has never been done" and "this can't be done!" YET! He did it! I think of Dr. Linda Hill's "Collective Guniess" Book and how to lead innovation.

🤔 Industrial Cooperation CONUNDRUM🤔 Your coastal surveillance capability requires 10 available helos to operate in rotation. You bought 12 from a foreign supplier. Cost to have the supplier come out to perform maintenance (or ship key components to the supplier for repair) = $100/helo for 1 repair $75/helo for 3 repairs $50/helo for 6 repairs More cost effective the higher the return on scale. The military service NEEDS the capability… but the budget they gave you only makes sense for repairing 6 at a time. Availability 👎 Readiness 👎 OR Cost Efficiency 👎 Reach out to us at dice-online.com to learn more about the practical challenges US Allies and Partners face with Readiness & Availability … and how we can help!
