I’ll be forever glad I said yes to this Yesterday was National Family Day, and it felt like a good opportunity to reflect on a decision that completely reshaped my world. Three years ago, in the midst of lockdown and maternity leave with my second child, my brother Josh Harding and I decided to set up a business together. The stars aligned as we were both looking to make a bigger impact in our careers at the same time but funnily enough if you’d have asked my younger self, I never would have thought we would have set up a business together. I’d just never considered it. Saying 'yes' didn't just change my path—it redefined it. Together, we founded The Good Influence, a social and influencer agency dedicated to making a positive impact. Our goal was always more than profit; we wanted to prove to ourselves and I guess the world that purpose and profit can (and will) co-exist. Because we believe that doing good is simply a better business model. Now, three years into this journey, we're about to take it up a level. And guess what? Our growth hasn't been by accident: → We've evolved → We've matured →The industry has transformed And so has our approach. We’re not just proud of where we are—we're excited about where we're headed. And so this post is about two things. Firstly, we’re going to start sharing more of our journey on here. To share the real story of what it takes to grow an agency internationally. The sibling dynamics, the highs, the lows and everything in between. And secondly, we'll soon be sharing how the business plans to continue to evolve. I am eternally grateful to be on this journey with Josh Harding. To our amazing team and our clients who've supported us every step of the way. Thank you for believing in our dream.
