The Good Shift’s Post

One phase ends, another begins. On 4 November we officially cease operating as Griffith Centre for Systems Innovation. As is our way, we’ve used this milestone as an opportunity for reflection on ways of being and working in this space. As one way of acknowledging the people, the work and the journey of GCSI we created a timeline that demonstrates the long relational tail, and patient timeframes that underpin  much of our work. A huge thank you to the amazing GCSI team, everyone we’ve partnered with, embarked on learning journeys with and taught and researched alongside. And to everyone whose work has inspired our thinking, to those of you who have questioned, commented on and experimented with our contributions – long may the ripples continue. This ending has created the fertile soil for a small spin out entity – the Good Shift. The Good Shift will start operations on 11th November, and will be a partnership between Ingrid Burkett, Joanne McNeill, and Cathy Boorman. They will continue this work via a new platform and continue to host many of the outputs generated at GCSI. They will also continue to host this LinkedIn page so we do hope you’ll stick around.
