As an entrepreneur, I've always believed in taking risks. And with that mindset, I've faced many challenges in my career. When COVID hit, the real estate market was in a bad place. But instead of backing down, we saw it as an opportunity. We found a plot of land in Govindpura, even though times were tough and jobs were hard to come by. We decided to turn that plot into a development project, despite the risks. And guess what? Within just two months, we sold every single plot. It showed that we believed in the area's potential and we didn't give up easily. Now, return Zero Habitat isn't just a project anymore - it's a thriving community. And the value of those plots? It's gone up four times since we started. Some people might say we got lucky, but it was more than that. We took risks, trusted our vision, and kept going even when things looked tough.
