We have extended the deadline for applications to our award-winning technology talent accelerator programme Step UP for the 2025 co-hort. You now have until Monday 19th December 5pm GMT to apply! Step UP is a 6 month tech talent accelerator programme taking place from January-June 2025 funded and supported by Virgin Media O2, BT, and Vodafone for students who identify as female at university that provides access to professionals and skills development training in the Technology Sector. They're gonna be amazing women in tech. They're gonna take over. You're welcome. Welcome everyone to the Step Up Graduation. Good cheer. Has a 51% of the population, we are nowhere near that when you start to look at the depth of technology representation and looking leadership roles too. And globally within that organisation, there wasn't a single female running a commercial function anyway. We got it felt only one of sudden because I didn't know where to look for what grid looked like at all. The movement that is starting through programs and networks like this is huge and it's so important that work that's done because diversity really matters. Representation really matters. This is how it's going to work. This is the the interface of stand for integrity. We stand for innovation and we're self responsibility to us and say, OK, we actually want to improve our next gender and health and Wellness. The healthy way just seems to be. Look after each other, go on that journey together and hold the door open for each other. And as you start to get into the world of work and more people, more grads, the next intake are coming behind you. Pull the door open and put the ladder down and help them also. The mentors were amazing. Yep, whenever I come up to you with anything else, like going through maybe when I'm looking for a job, so it's very helpful. It's all about my passion to help people and to to give them advice and to see them grow. Supporting it forever. To be honest. One day I would like to be a complication manager for one of the big companies. Make sure that you apply for 2025.

Vanessa - love what you have done with Step-Up. Having been a mentor on this programme, I have seen first hand how much opportunity it opens up for those who may not have had it otherwise. To see these young women grow from sometimes uncertain, insecure, cant do it traits to unlocking their potential and belief in themselves and to help them navigate the systems around them has been beyond rewarding.
