Country Club Hotel Dalby sold by Savills Hotels   Savills Australia and New Zealand announce the sale of the Country Club Hotel, sold via an off-market Offers to Purchase process after a thorough and targeted campaign.   Leon Alaban of Hotels, National Savills Australia & New Zealand said, “The hotel enjoys a prime corner position on the town’s main street, making it a highly visible and central landmark in the community. Renowned for its welcoming atmosphere and quality offerings, it holds a strong reputation among both locals and visitors.   The Country Club Hotel has a rich historical background. The current structure was built in 1912 and named Arcadia, before being renamed the Country Club Hotel in 1935. In 2015, the hotel endured a devastating fire, but it has since undergone an extensive 12-month renovation, during which the entire internal of the hotel was restored. “An exciting period lies ahead with the new owner (Hakfoort Group) already underway with plans to renovate & reposition the offering, the Hakfoort Group have already commenced their repositioning strategy by immediately implementing a name change to the ‘Dalby Hotel’.   “With its solid foundation and future renovations, the property is well-positioned for future growth and new inclusions to maximise its potential,” concluded Mr Leon Alaban.
