🌟 Why I Love HR: It's All About People 🌟 Helping people and organizations improve is the heart of why I love working in Human Resources. Every day, I get to witness the growth and transformation of individuals and teams. It's incredibly rewarding to see how the right support, guidance, and opportunities can unlock someone's potential and drive their success. In HR, we don't just manage processes—we nurture talent, foster development, and create environments where people can thrive. The human aspect of this role is my passion, and it drives me to continuously seek ways to make a positive impact. Seeing colleagues reach new heights, achieve their goals, and grow both personally and professionally is what makes this journey so fulfilling. It's not just about meeting organizational objectives; it's about enriching lives and building a community where everyone feels valued and empowered. Day 5: A Moment of Anticipation 🎅✨ The holiday season is full of traditions and for many, December 6th—Nikolaus Day—is a time of joy and surprises. So today, let’s embrace the quiet magic of anticipation and take a moment to pause & reflect on what you’re looking forward to. Your Activity for Today: Find a quiet spot and grab your journal or a piece of paper, write down three things you’re looking forward to tomorrow. These could be: 🥨 A special treat or tradition for Nikolaus Day 🥨 A small moment, like your morning routine or seeing a loved one smile 🥨 Something personal, like starting a new book or taking a walk outdoors Take a moment to feel the excitement and gratitude for these upcoming moments. By pausing and appreciating what’s to come, we’re cultivating a mindset of hope and gratitude— One thing I am excited about for tomorrow's Nikolaus Day:Getting some egg(s) from my chicken 🥚 What about you? How does focusing on the positive moments ahead make you feel tonight? Let’s welcome Nikolaus Day with warmth and intention. 🎄✨

🎄 One of my favorite Christmas traditions? Watching Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer — and yes, even at 45 years old! These days, it’s with my dog Maggie (since my kids are too grown for it now). I must be a kid at heart. Maggie wasn’t a fan of the Bumble, though! 🐾 But beyond the festive cheer, Rudolph holds a powerful message about embracing what makes you different and not letting others dim your light. 🔴 Rudolph had a bright red nose that made him stand out. At first, that difference led to rejection and ridicule. 🔴 He was told to hide what made him different. He was judged for being "too much" of something others didn’t understand. But ultimately, that very difference became his strength. His glowing nose lit the way for Santa's sleigh and saved Christmas. In your career, in leadership, in life — don't let ANYONE make you feel small for what makes you shine. Your unique talents, your perspective, and your light are needed. Sometimes the thing that makes you stand out is the very thing that will lead the way for others. This Christmas season, remember: 🌟 It’s okay to be different. 🌟 Your dreams matter. 🌟 The things that make you stand out are often the things that make you shine. What’s your red nose — that quality or skill that sets you apart? Don’t hide it. Let it light the way. #Leadership #EmbraceUniqueness #Inspiration #ChristmasReflection

When companies engage in posting fake jobs, they compromise the transparency and integrity that are fundamental to professional relationships. This deceptive practice not only damages the company’s reputation but also undermines the entire hiring ecosystem, leaving candidates disillusioned and hesitant to engage with future opportunities. 😠

Kpler Insight estimates that the Austrian market will lose approximately 0.7 Bcm of gas between Nov. 16 and Dec. 31 if Gazprom's halt in supplies to OMV from tomorrow onwards materialises. "During this period, we anticipate increased pipeline imports from Italy via the Tarvisio/Arnoldstein interconnection point, as this route is expected to be prioritised over imports from Germany due to the gas storage levy," said Ronald Pinto, Kpler Insight's Principal Analyst. "Just a few weeks ago, there was growing optimism about the possibility of an agreement that would enable gas to continue transiting through Ukraine to European consumers. However, the latest developments diminish the likelihood of this scenario, which has been our base case at Kpler Insight." Nominated gas volumes via the Sudzha interconnection point with Ukraine for Nov. 16 are stable at around 42.4 million m3. On the demand side, Austria has successfully reduced its YTD gas consumption, which is now 6% lower y/y. Austria’s underground storage facilities are also well-suited to meet demand, with stock levels currently 93% full —enough to cover the country’s gas consumption for more than a year, Pinto added. When market became liquid 16/11/24 the nomination is at the same level 43.4 mln m3 per day. The analysis of alternative routes posted by Jana Sutenko below, clearly reflects the availability of reserve capacity and the possibility of quick balancing of demand. It is worth noting that the message from gazpromexport seems to have been made as a reflection on the Stockholm Court for previously unfulfilled obligations! i.e., the unreliability of Gazprom's partnership has been proven once again, due to previously violated obligations, a decision was made to terminate contractual relations before contractual ones. the answer is simple. previously, such blackmail of Gazprom worked and European colleagues made political concessions. Today's model of the gas market is balanced and such blackmail is not even noticeable
Happy Friday, y'all
