On Black Friday we took to the streets of Sydney's Pitt Street mall to remind Australia how much better FAST DELIVERY at THE ICONIC is during The Season of Sales. Along with our partners at WiredCo. and the amazing seamstress Maria, we created a head turning IRL activation, with 10 wonderful models wearing our ICONIC satchels, armed with FAST DELIVERY signage that linked back to our Season of Sales landing page. We captured the activation as social film that we have amplified far and wide and got a cheeky pick up by Channel 7 news - all helping us to deliver a record breaking sales season. At Via.Delivery Corp. were defying what Omni Talk Retail is thinking is a 10 year ramp up. How?? First off, we make these lockers available on retailers checkouts. Next, we make the integration easy for the carriers and finally, we communicate to the customers when that package is made available for pickup. Best of all, we do all of this NOW!! Recent results.. staggering.. approx 15 lockers in N. Atlanta situated at grocery stores and a few significant malls. Adoption overall.. almost 35% of our total BOPA deliveries (in that test market of course)!! Another #onlyinbentonville moment. Ocean Spray Cranberries is touting their new "Just Add Cran" product (don't know what that is) by allowing shoppers of Store 100 to don waterproof overalls and stomp on cranberries themselves. As I entered and left the store, I saw about 50-100 people in the exhibit. On-site activations like these are a staple of the Bentonville supplier community, but this was one of the most elaborate I've seen in a while!
