We recently adapted our internal #notification setup. We're now informed about really urgent issues and events via Slack.  Issues, which might need a short check, come in via #Email. And bigger things, which have a bit of time, automatically create a ticket in Atlassian Jira All are set up via https://ohdear.app/, where you can define the different notifications pretty nicely. How do you handle notifications from external services?

The issue here refers to wanting to see issue age or the exact created date and time on your Jira Dashboard. While this specific feature isn't built-in, a workaround suggested is to use the 'Created' field and 'Current Estimation' field

Digging through the Atlassian community, I found an interesting post: "I hate Confluence! Until I get a solution to my user access challenge at least..." I wanted to help, but it was tricky because I had only used mentioned "guest" feature once before. Did you know that 1 in 12 men and 1 in 200 women experience some form of color blindness? With user feedback in our hands, we had an opportunity to make Clear Path a more inclusive product.
