🎙 The latest episode of MBI's Inside Modular #podcast is out! 🎙 Thanks to RainStick CEO Sean McFetridge, BBA, CEM for a great conversation! Listen here: https://lnkd.in/ebZS-u2j ⭐ Episode title: How Modular Developers Can Conserve Water & Build for the Future w/ RainStick 🚿 Among everything else, I believe Sean made me think the most with this comment: "The quantity of water that we have on Earth has not changed at all. We have the exact same amount of water that we've had since the dinosaurs were around. So when people say we're running out of water, that is not precisely true. What is true is we don't always have the correct amount of water, at the right temperature, at the right quality, and in the right place that we need when we want to use it. And so folks that will sometimes say, 'Well, we have lots of water in our region, we don't have any issues.' That's not necessarily true. There's different aspects of around #conserving and using maximizing what you know what you're using. There's different reasons for it. It also allows you to add on to resiliency. So we have this huge #opportunity in front of us to conserve and do with less." Thanks again, Sean! (And don't miss RainStick at the upcoming #OffsiteConstructionSummits in #Denver, Sept. 18 & #Atlanta, Nov. 20! 💡 Inspiring words from a recent Simon Sinek's The Optimism Company 'A Bit of Optimism' podcast. 🚀 Fascinating conversation about Nasa's current role in space exploration and their mission to "explore the cosmos for the greater good of humankind". 🌟 Not surprising if you're surrounded by those excited by this mission, and who want to help. What may be surprising is the magic, trust and motivation created when you tap into it 👇 Check out the podcast link in the comments to hear about the magic. #thegiftofhelp #giftofhelp #giftofacceptinghelp #giftofaskingforhelp #helpyourselfbyhelpingeachother

Shipwrecks are scenes of tragedy, but they are also bits of history frozen in time that can provide insights into events and ideas from long ago. That is if we can find them. From an 11th-century Viking sailing ship to a WW II-era British cargo ship with a mailbag of letters onboard amazingly preserved, an underwater archeologist takes us on a deep dive into history. #podcast Listen to Big Picture Science: https://buff.ly/4gkcE8g
