Very important. There’s a common theme with everyone, from your manager, to the client, to your team - everyone wants to succeed/win. As a leader it’s important to understand that for ‘you’ to win, you need to make sure all of your stakeholders win. Always ask yourself “what do my stakeholders need from me”? If you operate thinking about others rather than yourself and making them succeed, you will have succeeded as a leader and people will follow you through the toughest challenges.

Totally agree. We have to feel from the heart and do things from the heart. Our head are playing place tricks on us and it deceives us too. When you are around your teamplayers It's good to have good communication respect and empathy When you have good communication, you are able to acknowledge your team players job.Well done they will go up and beyond their job of duty even exposing sharing their hidden talent and skills with their team players. And higher the protectivity with the company. Just. The way you want to be treated as a leader. It's the way you treat your team players and people around you. It's good karma

great insight. true leadership isn’t just about strategy or intellect; it’s about connection. when you lead from the heart, you inspire trust, loyalty, and purpose. the head plans the path, but the heart gives it meaning. balance both, and you’ll not just lead others—you’ll elevate them, fostering growth that lasts. thanks for the mention

When things become difficult, it is vital to be compassionate. This is leading from the heart. When things run smoothly, it is key to maintain a comfortable atmosphere.  This is leading from the heart. To encourage everyone to be their authentic selves and to recognize and praise effort and success, this is revealing your human side. And again, you are leading from the heart ♥.   Thanks wholeheartedly for the mention, The Leadership Journey.

True leadership inspires connection and trust—balancing the head's wisdom with the heart's empathy fosters servant leadership and genuine impact. To balance head and heart, leaders must strive to make their teams shine, not seek the spotlight. Be humble, genuinely care, and remember—balancing head and heart is the key.

Leading with empathy creates bonds that logic alone can't achieve. When you balance heart and head, you inspire trust, foster loyalty, and create a team that feels seen and valued.

Compassion-driven leadership helps build trust and loyalty, empowering teams to give their best. I believe that when you show genuine care for your team’s well-being and development, they are more likely to invest in the success of the organization. For me, it’s all about listening actively and offering support when needed.

It is always vital that leaders remember that they are inspiring human being who are emotional creatures just as they are. That means treating them as human being with respect, dignity, support, encouragement, inspiration . . .
